My prayers are with the widow and 3 young daughters of Arkansas Dep’t of Corrections Sgt. Joshua Caudell, who was murdered Sunday night.
His accused killer has prior charges of terroristic threatening and domestic battery (in 2022), but was out on the streets.
Simply heinous.
