Scott Zimmerman for Governor: Reform Laws Related to Cannabis

Nebraska

ORGANIZATIONS IN THIS STORY

It is time to re-evaluate and reform laws related to Cannabis. Prohibition has only served to cost the taxpayers and create unnecessary strains on our judicial system.

I will advocate for deregulation in Nebraska. The Cannabis industry is expected to be worth $73 billion by 2027. If we fail to make the much needed adjustments to our policies before the federal government does, we will lose any opportunities to develop a structure that could serve all Nebraskans.

By modernizing our approach to Cannabis and Cannabis related products, Nebraskans will benefit financially, medically, and socially.
