Phoenix civil rights lawyer and former congressional candidate Garrick McFadden endorsed Secretary Katie Hobbs for governor.
“Our state needs a strong leader who will never be afraid to stand up for the well-being of all Arizonans,” said Garrick McFadden. “Katie Hobbs’ record is crystal clear: she has always put political posturing aside and fought hard for the people of Arizona. As governor, she will bring people together to solve our states’ toughest challenges.”
Garrick McFadden is currently a lawyer serving the Phoenix-area. He has been practicing law for almost two decades and advocates on behalf of his clients to obtain the justice they deserve.
After interviewing Nobel Peace Prize winner F.W. de Klerk in college, Garrick immediately knew his career path—to be a voice for the voiceless and stand up for those who are fighting to be heard. During his race for Arizona’s 6th congressional district in 2018, Garrick made his goals clear: to tackle economic disparity, fix failing schools, and expand access to health care. He plans to continue this mission alongside Katie Hobbs when she is elected Arizona’s next governor.
