Today, a new poll conducted and released by OH Predictive Insights (OHPI) shows that Secretary of State and candidate for governor Katie Hobbs remains the “clear frontrunner for the Democratic nomination” for governor of Arizona. The poll shows that Hobbs is leading the pack with a near-majority of support (46%) from Arizona Democrats. In the same poll, her primary opponents are “miles behind” with neither of them reaching double-digit support.
Along with a strong lead in the polls, Hobbs’ campaign fundraising has also hit record highs. Earlier this month, Hobbs announced a record-breaking $2.9 million – the most any gubernatorial candidate from either party has raised in an off-year in Arizona history. Over 90% of those donations were for $100 or less.
This strong momentum shows that Arizonans are ready to elect new and steady leadership in November, and believe in Secretary Hobbs’ goal to make Arizona the best place to live, work, and raise a family.
