Fran and I had a meeting at the old Tecumseh Motel in Old Town. The state recently purchased this property, and we were discussing plans to turn the site into a state park where we will tell the story of Tecumseh and the Shawnee Tribe. We are excited to play a role in telling the story of this important piece of history.
