KS FILING.. I drove to Topeka today to pay my filing fee to run for the United States Senate. On my way in to the wrong building, I ran into Governor Kelly who gave me directions to the right building. Then when I was leaving, there she was again passing by in front of my car with her entourage. Quite a coincidence!
