One of my favorite things on the campaign trail is meeting with small business owners across the state who work so hard to give their customers a great product.
I had a great time talking with Tommy Gross of Tommy G’s Meat and Sausage in Fairbanks, and learning about how he’s delivering a set of unique specialty products to the community. Small businesses enrich our lives, provide jobs and opportunity, and drive innovation. I have great respect for our local entrepreneurs and business owners, the risk they take, and the tireless effort they give. To small businesses in Alaska, you have an ally in me.
