(HARRISBURG) – PA Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman (R-34), Senate Majority Leader Kim Ward (R-39) and House Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff (R-171) will hold a news conference to address the Wolf Administration’s use of politically charged and prejudicial language in the ballot question asking voters if the state constitution should be amended to limit future emergency declarations to 21 days unless extensions are approved by the General Assembly.
