We -- as people who understand the government process -- and understand public engagement -- we have to take this to the community. They don't know. It is upon us to bring awareness to them -- and take this to them. That way they're empowered to speak up. And when community speaks up, with the power of the Almighty standing behind them, then they can make the difference.
