I will be proposing two amendments to HB76. One, to prohibit the Governor and other public officials from shutting down businesses or houses of worship, and prohibiting the Governor or other public officials from deeming any business or worker essential or nonessential. Second, to prohibit discrimination against those who choose not to receive the Covid-19 vaccine.
