ORGANIZATIONS IN THIS STORY

This is a video of the procedure for Legislators and Staff to gain access into the Capitol building.  I wanted to share this as we consider reasonable policy changes, conduct a qualitative risk assessment and discuss budget issues around testing and safety at the Capitol.  To date, we have paid $1,500,000 for the first two months of the legislative session for approximately 400+ people to undergo this program.  Currently, there is a request for an additional $1,500,000 to fund us through the remainder of the legislative session and as much as $2,500,000 (open-ended) more for further adherence to the testing program.

Thank you Senator Shower for shedding some light on this.
