The opinions and comments expressed by Deborah Martell do not reflect that of the Ludlow

Republican Town Committee. In an effort for the sake of transparency, the committee has been

in contact with the candidate, Jeffery Sossa-Paquette to denounce the comments expressed by

Deborah Martell through email to fellow Republicans. The Ludlow Republican Town

Committee accepts and fosters diversity and has actively worked hard to recruit and sponsor

candidates that reflect our polices. No individual, Democrat, Republican or Independent should

be discrimated against their race, gender, sexual orientation, or religious beliefs. 

The Ludlow Republican Town Committee reaffirms our commitment to the ideals of freedom, equality and justice. We take a clear stand for justice and recognize that serious prejudices were

presented. The committee has attempted to reach out to Deborah Martell with no response. 

The committee would like to assure Jeffery Sossa-Paquette, that Deborah Martell’s disrespectful

comments and remarks do not reflect the opinions of the Ludlow Republican Town Committee

as a whole, and we do not condone the use of email or social media to spread negative thoughts

about an individual. The comments expressed by one individual do not reflect the opinion of the

masses. The committee urges Deborah Martell to resign from both the State Committee along

with the Town committee
