Have you ever seen such disingenuous rhetoric coming out of our elected officials like Congressman Jim McGovern or our elected state legislators across district two of Massachusetts?
Together with our state representatives, Congressman Jim McGovern has been beating their chest on “Food Insecurities” The federal government and state government need more money to feed our children. Hogwash
Our schools have spent millions on diversity surveys on our 5–9-year-old children in Massachusetts instead of feeding our communities. Adding to this so-called food insecurity, we again spent millions on Dog parks, walking and biking paths; I love my dogs and like to ride my bike; however, we already have State Parks, Federal Parks, and in my hometown of Shrewsbury, we have amazing parks to go and walk the dogs or ride our bicycles.
I will not move forward with any legislation for Dog parks or so on until we are feeding our children along with the truly needy. That is the proper role of government to protect and provide for citizens. Once the crisis has been eliminated, let's talk about our “Wants verse Needs,” but we can not continue to steal money from an unborn generation to walk our dogs while children in our communities do not have food or proper housing.
If you want to continue to spend our money on Diversity Surveys, Dog Parks, Bike Paths, and so on instead of feeding our communities, then, by all means, vote for Congressman Jim McGovern or State Representatives that do not have concerns over food insecurities. ‘It’s Called Smoke and Mirrors”
If you, alongside myself, genuinely want to solve food insecurities without spending more borrowed money, then follow me and vote for me this November 8th, 2022. I will end nonsense spending and restore governments' proper role in taking care of our citizens.
