Getting to know Geoff Diehl over the past year has been an honor. I’ve gotten to be part of several events and moments with Geoff and today was no different.
Watching Geoff interact with individuals with genuine respect for their time with great interest, more importantly Geoff gives us answers.
A wonderful…though soggy…day in Worcester County!
We started our day with breakfast at Lalajava Coffeehouse and were greeted by owner Lola Boyers with awesome coffee and pastries.
Next up: a business tour of St.Pierre Manufacturing/Sports with owner Peter St. Pierre and checked out all of the horseshoes he makes. Thanks to Peter for signing my nomination papers as well!
I then checked out some historic monuments and sites at Shrewsbury MA Historic town green.
A much welcome lunch with supporters at Wachusett Mountain and checking out the amazing views!
After lunch, Leah Cole Allen joined me at The Farm At SummitWynds, a lavender farm owned by Chip Pollit and his family. I got a great tour of the grounds, and some delicious lavender lemonade.
Leah and I them visited with Access Futures Day Care Center, and had so much fun reading with the little ones there.
We wrapped up our day with pie and coffee at Boulevard Diner.
Special thanks to Jeffrey Sossa-Paquette for Congress for joining me on this great day in his neighborhood!
