Our nation’s child care providers played a critical role in our economic recovery by allowing working parents to return to their jobs. That is why the Ways & Means Committee fought to include the first permanent increase in child care funding since 2006 in the American Rescue Plan. This funding provided stability and created a path forward towards expanding access to safe, affordable child care. Thank you to our child care workforce!
