Sen. Chapman should be stripped of his leadership for his shameful attack on public school educators. If one wants to see a SINISTER agenda in public education, look no further than the Republican-led State Legislature that consistently underfunds the cost of educating Iowans and then lays the blame for the outcomes on the schools and teachers.
