Jason Bollinger for US Senate is looking for talented individuals to join our 2022 campaign for Oklahoma! The ideal candidates have an interest in politics, a passion for winning and helping others, good organization skills, a willingness to work hard, and a positive and fun attitude. Responsibilities:
Individuals in these positions will be responsible for assisting the candidate and campaign in a wide variety of activities to ensure the campaign runs smoothly. Potential duties could include:
- Assisting/working directly with the Candidate.
- Implementing campaign strategy through assigned processes and projects.
- Assisting in fundraising and/or volunteer coordination, activities and events.
- Working with Candidate to effectively manage fundraising call time.
- Tracking and following up with pledges of donations and support.
- Coordinating with volunteers and interns.
- Maintaining and reporting campaign data.
- Ability to stay calm and flexible under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities and people.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working on an election campaign, either as a volunteer or paid staff.
- Familiarity with Oklahoma politics.
Compensation for Campaign Coordinator and Call Time Coordinator is $3000/month each. These are full-time, entry-level positions with potential for advancement for the right person as the campaign grows. You will gain a wide variety of political experience, make networking connections, and spend time directly assisting the Candidate with the campaign.
Stipends will be awarded to interns who successfully complete internship requirements. We will work with your school for academic credit if requested. Internships require no previous experience and are an outstanding opportunity for anyone interested in learning how political campaigns work.
