I agree that Lela McNinch is the "real deal" when it comes to emergency management and training. I had the honor and privilege to work with Lela when she was one of the several Nebraska emergency management agencies and exercise coordinators. I saw firsthand, Lela’s amazing talent, knowledge, skills and abilities to prepare Nebraskans on emergency response, skills and abilities, particularly with all the local volunteers in their communities during several NEMA's emergency preparedness exercises. Lela was one of NEMA's "go to" emergency planners and trainers who got thing done on time every time. Lela is ready and able to handle any known and unknown challenges or crisis, and excellent facilitator and trainer. Lela is not afraid to "roll-up-her-sleeves" to get things done.
