STATE OF OKLAHOMA GOVERNOR CANDIDATE TO END SHAM JURISDICTION ON TRIBAL LANDS

TULSA, OK---Paul Tay will file to run as the last Governor of Oklahoma in 2022.  If elected, he will end the State's sham jurisdiction on all tribal and federal land, where the State waived, forfeited, and disclaimed jurisdiction, as quid pro quo condition of statehood, as established by the Enabling Act of 1906, and Oklahoma Constitution Article I, § 3, which states:

The people inhabiting the State do agree and declare that they forever disclaim all right and title in or to any unappropriated public lands lying within the boundaries thereof, and to all lands lying within said limits owned or held by any Indian, tribe, or nation; and that until the title to any such public land shall have been extinguished by the United States, the same shall be and remain subject to the jurisdiction, disposal, and control of the United States. Land belonging to citizens of the United States residing without the limits of the State shall never be taxed at a higher rate than the land belonging to residents thereof. No taxes shall be imposed by the State on lands or property belonging to or which may hereafter be purchased by the United States or reserved for its use.

News conference will be held on Friday, 18 JUN 2021, 0900, at the Embassy of the Provisional State of Sequoyah To the Muscogee Nation 4004 S Toledo, Tulsa, OK 74135.

“It's time now to recognize earth is round, two plus two equals four, and the State of Oklahoma illegally squatted and taxed tribal land.  The State executed prisoners, without due process competent subject-matter jurisdiction.  The State is in violation of federal law, and Oklahoma Constitution.  The United States Supreme Court indicted the entire State jurisdiction as “sham,” performing unlawful acts, with sufficient vigor, attempting to amend law.  Let's end it now, today, to avoid the coming unnecessary federal Section 1983 lawsuits.”
