The Transitional Office of the Governor 2022 has prepared the executive order relocating the Capitol from Oklahoma City to Hooker, OK, where the State has due-process competent subject-matter jurisdiction under the standard of review posed by federal law, Enabling Act, and Oklahoma Constitution. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hooker,_OklahomaThe executive order further directs local and State law enforcement not enforce anti-sex work state statutes, as long as the person offering services has full, complete, and total control of how their bodies will be used.
Statutes banning human sex trafficking will continued to be enforced. Public nudity statutes will no longer be enforced, as long as the person is not performing lascivious acts in view of minors to encourage prurient interests. Child porn will continue to be banned. The decreed executive order age of consent is 18. Any person violating the executive order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of Oklahoma statutes. All constitutional challenges to the above executive order will be challenged, in equal reciprocal measure, directly by the Office of the Governor 2022.
