Oklahoma

Official Statements of The Honorable Paul Tay, Office of the Governor of Oklahoma 2022, to the President of the United States Joe Biden:

Dear Mr. President:

Under the standard of review posed by the Treaty of Cusseta, a state of war exists between the United States and the Muscogee (Creek) Nation.  If the Nation does not wage war against the United States as "merciless Indian savages," referenced in the Declaration of Independence, the Nation does not deserve its sovereignty on equal footing with United Nations members.  The Flag of the United States flying wantonly over the tribal lands of the Nation is offensive, obscene, and tantamount to projection of illegitimate power by an occupying military force in a state of war.

Since the signing of the Treaty, the United States has been in continuous violation of the Treaty.  The United States is complicit with the sham State of Oklahoma in assuming illegal illegitimate jurisdiction of Indian Territory of Oklahoma, where the county lines of the sham State originated within the Department of Interior Bureau of India Affairs, General Land Office, delineated and defined as “recording districts.”  A treasure trove of smoking gun memos exists within the National Archives detailing criminal acts of private actors, acting in their official capacity, to divest tribal governments of their rightful treaty-bound jurisdiction and authority.

The United States acted beyond scope of its jurisdiction and authority when it forced the Nation to free slaves and share wealth with Greenwood freedmen.  The United States acted beyond scope of its jurisdiction and authority when it dictated who may be citizens of the Nation through the Dawes Commission Rolls.  The United States is currently acting beyond scope of jurisdiction by prosecuting criminal cases and collecting taxes on tribal lands of the Nation, in violation of the Treaties of Cusseta, Dancing Rabbit, and  Doak's  Stand.

You said, “Anything is possible.”  The United States would not be the United States, without broken treaty promises, genocide of indigenous natives, and slavery.  Unless the United States retreats from sham jurisdiction on Indian Territory of Oklahoma, what credibility and legitimacy does the United States have entering into treaty agreements with the People's Republic of China to resolve the Taiwan issue?

Under the cloud of ongoing and continuous broken treaty promises, continuing genocide, and 13th Amendment slavery, what moral authority does the United States have to dictate its version of human rights around the world?

Unless you are prepared to provide meaningful action, please do not reply with another ridiculous letter of empty, vapid, meaningless platitudes.  It will be duly returned to sender with all due proper diplomatic protocols and protest.  The Office of The Provisional Governor of Oklahoma will no longer tolerate the criminal acts of the United States.

“Unlawful acts, performed long enough and with sufficient vigor, are never enough to amend the law. To hold otherwise would be to elevate the most brazen and longstanding injustices over the law, both rewarding wrong and failing those in the right.”  Justice Neil Gorsuch, Majority Opinion, Mc Girt v. Oklahoma, 140 S. Ct. 2452.

Thank you for your time.
