April 22: Postmark deadline for mailed voter registrations

April 22: Last day for online voter registration

April 22: Last day to register to vote at a state agency/DMV

May 2: Last day to request a ballot be mailed to you

May 2: Postmark deadline for ballots being returned by mail

May 2: Last day to register to vote in person

May 9 by 6pm: Last day to vote early in person

May 10: Primary Election Day

How to Vote

Vote by mail

Your ballot must be received by May 10. You can return it by mail or by placing it in a ballot drop box.

Every county has a drop box outside of their courthouse or election commission office. Find your county election office here.

Douglas and Sarpy counties have several drop boxes throughout the county. Find the Douglas County drop boxes here. Find the Sarpy County drop boxes here.

Vote early in person

You can vote early in person at the Douglas County Election Commission, Sarpy County Election Commission, and Saunders County Clerk offices from April 11 through May 9th.

Vote at your polling place on Election Day

Polls are open from 8am-8pm on Election Day, Tuesday, May 10th.
