Further, Barletta has promised to remove Pennsylvania from the disastrous Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), which is a multi-state pact that will destroy thousands of jobs in the Commonwealth while having no impact on the environment. Democrat Josh Shapiro will undoubtedly keep Pennsylvania ensnared in RGGI and crush our natural resource workers, since he has always done the bidding of the radical environmental lobby."
