March is Women’s History Month. Each week I’m highlighting Kansans who are making a difference and excelling in their field. Today we highlight Jackie Mundt, agricultural advocate from Pratt. Growing up on a dairy farm, Mundt found a love for farming and ranching and now educates the next generation of agricultural leaders through volunteer roles in addition to managing communications for the Kanza Coop. In her advocacy for Kansas farmers, she has been recognized nationally as the winner of American Farm Bureau Federation Young Farmers and Ranchers competitions – twice. Mundt’s dedication to our agriculture industry inspires future farmers, not just in Kansas but across the country.
