The Ukrainian people have a right to determine their future—and we can’t let a murderous thug rob them of that. The West should exhaust all diplomatic options & if that fails, issue sanctions that wreck the ruble, Russia’s energy sector & the oligarchs behind Putin’s kleptocracy.
