Today we celebrate the lives and contributions of the hundreds of  thousands of Americans with Down syndrome. In Congress, I've introduced  the Protecting Individuals with Down Syndrome Act because all children  deserve the right to life. It is discrimination to abort a baby just  because of a genetic condition.
