Joshua Revak for Congress: Heavy Hand in Regulating Lands and Waters

Alaska

ORGANIZATIONS IN THIS STORY

The Federal Government has had a heavy hand in regulating lands and waters that were given to the State of Alaska at statehood. It is well past time for us to stand up and take back what is rightfully ours. The Resources Committee and I have been considering a number of bills that are going through the Legislature which would reinforce the State of Alaska’s ownership of our waters and submerged lands. Navigable waters belong to Alaskans. It’s not a Republican or Democrat issue, it’s an Alaskan issue. #akleg
