Huntington, IN - Gary Snyder, Democratic Nominee for Indiana's Third Congressional District, released the following statement regarding the mass shooting in Buffalo, NY. that left 10 people dead.

"I want to start by offering my deepest condolences to the victims and their families of Saturday's shooting in Buffalo," said Snyder. "Jim Banks said the Republican Party needs to lean into these culture issues. I would ask my opponent Jim Banks to publicly denounce the white nationalism and culture wars that fed the shooter's rage and hatred of the black victims of this shooting. My campaign will continue to talk about real issues working families and veterans care about and not the hateful, divisive culture wars that can and will continue to lead to more violence," Snyder added.
