Huntington, IN - Gary Snyder, Democratic candidate for Indiana's Third Congressional District, released the following statement regarding the end of the filing period:
"As filing day draws to a close, I would like to take a minute to acknowledge the other candidates who have put their names in to contend for the nomination. I would like to begin by saying that almost everyone who has filed for the nomination is a step up from Jim Banks. However, I firmly believe that I am uniquely qualified to beat him and serve all of you in Washington. Over the next few months, I will be meeting with all of you to help you realize this same notion, and I cannot wait to fight for all of you in Washington." - Gary Snyder
