I count Joe Biden as a lifelong friend. I've always considered him someone I can turn to, both in good times and bad.

I also know that, for all the challenges our nation's facing, Joe Biden is ready to meet them head-on as President.

And, thanks to our grassroots movement and progressive activists like you, we've got the House and Senate ready to act.

Containing the pandemic.

Tackling the climate crisis.

Fighting for racial equity.

Rebuilding our economy.

Restoring our standing in the world.

It's all back on the table. And I'm excited. Because, like Joe and Kamala Harris, I know that our nation's best days are ahead. And I know that our hard work is going to be a big part of that.

Like Joe said:

We'll press forward with speed and urgency, for we have much to do in this winter of peril and significant possibilities, much to repair, much to restore, much to heal, much to build, and much to gain.

I'm ready to get to work, and I know you are, too.

So let's get down to it — fixing what's broken right now, and making America a better place to live, work, and raise a family.
