RELEASE: Auchincloss Secures $16.2 Million for Fourth District in Government Funding Bill

Washington, DC — The House and Senate have passed the annual appropriations package in a “omnibus” that included key wins for the Fourth District. Today, Congressman Auchincloss announced that the bill includes funding for all of his Community Project Funding (CPF) requests. The spending bill is slated to head to President Biden’s desk for signing in the coming days.

“Too much of politics is about performance and pitting people against each other. Today is about policy and partnerships,” said Auchincloss. “There’s an old proverb that says ‘go fast, go alone; go far, go together.’ We are going to go fast, together. We are going to invest in our health and our infrastructure so that this economy works for everyone.”
