RELEASE: Auchincloss Secures $16.2 Million for Fourth District in Government Funding Bill

Washington, DC — The House and Senate have passed the annual appropriations package in a “omnibus” that included key wins for the Fourth District. Today, Congressman Auchincloss announced that the bill includes funding for all of his Community Project Funding (CPF) requests. The spending bill is slated to head to President Biden’s desk for signing in the coming days.

Today is about policy and partnerships,” said Auchincloss. “There’s an old proverb that says ‘go fast, go alone; go far, go together.’ We are going to go fast, together. We are going to invest in our health and our infrastructure so that this economy works for everyone.”

- City of Fall River Urban Renewal Plan Parking Lot and Facility Improvements
- Town of Medway for Central Water Treatment Facility Improvements
- Norton Water and Sewer Department for Source Water Well Replacement Project
- Town of Plainville for Water System Capacity Expansion
- Town of Hopedale for Water Supply and Storage Enhancement Project
