U.S. Representative Tim Burchett (TN-02) has released the following statement regarding the passing of U.S. Representative Ron Wright (TX-06):
"Congressman Wright was a quality guy and I considered him a close friend. We both were part of the 116th Congress's freshman class, and he was one of the first members I got to know. He was genuinely a good man. I will miss him in the halls of Congress, and I'm praying for his family during this difficult time."
