Timothy, is a proud Missourian who grew up in Kearney and Excelsior Springs. His family’s roots go back to St. Joe, Gallatin, and Theodosia on the shores of Bull Shoals Lake. Tim is proud of the values that the people of Missouri taught him growing up.
Tim seeks to Restore Democracy, Reform Capitalism and Invest in Our Future. “Our Representative Democracy isn’t just at risk in America, it’s broken. In its current form, our democracy represents the rights of corporations and the super-wealthy before the rights of the American people. We have been living in a top-down corporatist system for far too long”. Tim is running to bring back ‘people up’ representation.
Tim is running to fight for justice, and for Missouri families to be able to thrive again in the face of the many challenges ahead of us. Be it the need for us to rally together in pursuit of expanding participation in our democracy to BIPOC people, and those working-class people, like his own family growing up. Tim wants equality for his daughter, his nieces and nephews, for his family’s multicultural, racial, and abled existence to thrive in a more free and fair world.
