It is probably not good to do multiple articles on a singular person or subject, but the more I learn about this Walberg fellow, the more I dislike him.
Granted, I do not know him personally. However, this is not the realm in which I have grown to dislike him. My dislike stems from the professional and Congressional levels. This fellow is the epitome of a lying politician, and the sad truth is, much of his career has been spent lying to his constituents.
Congressman Walberg crisscrosses his district, espousing his conservative credentials when he has none. In fact, the only reason this RINO has been repeatedly elected is that he never has any challengers. As with many districts, this leaves the Republican voter to hold their nose and vote for him in lieu of a Democrat. In truth, not much of a choice.
Here are a few Walberg facts for you;
- Tim Walberg recently voted “NO” on a Democrat-sponsored bill (yes, they do occasionally come up with a good bill), which would have provided $35 a month insulin for diabetics instead of the current prices of upwards of $350-500. As of 2018 (according to the CDC), there are some 34+ million diabetics in the United States. Roughly 10% of our population. In today’s economic climate, many of these people with diabetes have to choose between groceries or gasoline or their insulin injections (which they need to remain alive). Why would a man (who claims to love people) vote “NO” on such an essential piece of legislation? Could it be because some of his largest campaign contributors are “BIG PHARMA?” Answer: Yes; Fortunately, the bill did pass.
- Then we have the now infamous NDAA funding bill. Initially, Walberg voted “YES” to fund the NDAA. On the surface, this is a good thing. Our military and agencies that deal with national security need funding. HOWEVER, within this bill was the funding of “Bill to become Lucy.” Yes, within the legislation was the funding for trans-sexual operations of our military personnel—one of two items here. Either Walberg did not read the bill, or he wants to fund Danny to become Danielle while serving in the United States Air Force, Army, Marines, or Navy. In either case, it shows his lack of conservatism and his “go-along-get-along” attitude.
- Within the same NDAA bill (which he voted YES) were “Red-Flag” laws allowing law enforcement to seize Veterans (yes, it specified Vets) firearms without any due process. And he calls himself a conservative? I don’t think so!
- Then we have the “Budget Hawk” Tim Walberg. He claims to be prudent when it comes to spending. He claims to be conservative. If so, Congressman, please explain to your constituents why you have never voted NO on a spending bill, continuing resolution, or a budget reconciliation bill. When Walberg first took office in January of 2009, our national debt was $9-Trillion. Today we are rapidly approaching $29-Trillion, and this Congressman has voted for every dollar of that massive debt. Why?
Michigan and America, it is time to replace those who lie so blatantly to the American people. It is time we have honesty on Capitol Hill. I do not care if you’re a liberal, progressive, conservative or what you are, but at least be honest about it. Say what you like about AOC, Rashida Tlaib, Nancy Pelosi, or Jim Jordan. Many dislike these folks (depending on which side of the political spectrum you fall), but at least they are honest about what they are.
Ezra has been enthusiastically endorsed by Patriot and Rocker Ted Nugent.
As for Michigan, Tim Walberg has a legitimate conservative challenger this time around. He has someone who has a proven track record in governance as a County Commissioner and is beloved in his area of the state. I pray that the voters in the new 5th District of Michigan can hear his message. He will need very serious financial help, though, as Walberg is well-funded with his war chest.
Ezra Scott has a reputation in his district as a fighter for his constituents and as being impeccably honest. In other words, he is a man of character with moral clarity. He is a devoted Christian, married for well over 40-years, and a small business owner, and he is in charge of a $70-million annual budget that he manages to balance for the county.
I would encourage anyone reading to please visit his donation link and give what you can. Michigan is critical this cycle as we are setting up for the 2024 Presidential race. WE need as many conservatives in major leadership positions as we can get to turn Michigan red for our nominee in 24.
You may visit Ezra Scott at the below link, then please donate to defeat this very large and lying RINO known as Tim Walberg.
