(June 3, 2022) – In the upcoming Republican primary for IL-14th Congressional District, the Daily Herald Editorial Board declares Scott Gryder to be “best prepared to face Underwood.” On priority Republican issues, Gryder’s record topped the field in “experience, knowledge, and a willingness to reach across the aisle.” The endorsement noted Scott’s proven record: “As chairman of the Kendall County Board, he has much-needed governmental experience.”
