DEARBORN, MI - Today, Congresswoman Debbie Dingell (MI-12) released the below statement on the passing of former Michigan Congressman Dale Kildee:
“The world lost a great soul today in former Michigan Congressman Dale Kildee, who served in the House for over 36 years working alongside John Dingell on behalf of Michigan workers, and never once came to work without thinking about how he could help Michiganders each day. Dale was a hard-worker and a fervent advocate for the auto industry and workers, for education initiatives, and for the people of Flint and surrounding areas. May his dedication and passion for his work live on in all of us. My heart is with Dale’s wife Gayle, my colleague – his nephew – Rep. Dan Kildee, and the rest of the Kildee family.”
