Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that three community health centers in Memphis will be receiving a total of $2,374,962 in infrastructure support from the Department of Health and Human Services.

Tri-State Community Health Center will receive $528,303, Memphis Health Center will receive $727,843, and Christ Community Health Center will receive $1,118,962.

Congressman Cohen made the following statement:

“Memphis’ community health centers are on the front lines as the coronavirus pandemic continues to ravage our region. This funding is especially important and timely as we deal with the Delta variant and vaccination rates that remain too low. This investment in the infrastructure of these centers goes a long way to address the health care needs of our most underserved neighbors.”
