WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, EMILY’s List, the nation’s largest resource for women in politics, endorsed three women for election to the Iowa Legislature. EMILY’s List President Laphonza Butler released the following statement:
“EMILY’s List is proud to support three pro-choice champions running to represent their communities in the Iowa Legislature. These candidates are prepared to step up and fight back against Republican efforts to obstruct abortion access in the state and across the country. We are thrilled to stand with them as they tirelessly advocate for a better future for all Iowans.”
