“The advanceable, expanded version of the Child Tax Credit that Ways and Means Democrats included in the American Rescue Plan will give hard-working families timely, life-changing support. In just 24 days, the Biden Administration will send the first round of the new, monthly CTC payments. On today’s CTC Awareness Day, we’re working to ensure Americans know about this enhanced credit and the related resources that are available to them. I encourage eligible filers and non-filers alike to check out ChildTaxCredit.gov and learn more about the advance payments that will begin to reach families on July 15.”
