Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) will receive a grant of $413,761 grant from the National Cancer Institute to conduct breast cancer research.
Congressman Cohen made the following statement:
“I am pleased to see this investment in critical medical research at our medical school. The work underwritten by this funding will advance our knowledge of this dreaded disease and ultimately save lives.”
