Jesse Reising Shares His Experience and Vision for Representing Illinois’ Thirteenth Congressional District

Springfield, IL. – Yesterday, Jesse Reising, candidate for Illinois’ thirteenth congressional district, participated in a Republican Primary Forum hosted by the College Republicans at the University of Illinois-Springfield.

When discussing the economy, Reising noted that the crippling inflation rate is a direct result of Washington’s support of reckless spending bills and shipment of jobs overseas. Reising highlighted the importance of reining in excessive spending and making the United States energy independent.

Whether as a contractor in Afghanistan, as co-founder of the Warrior-Scholar Project, or as a federal criminal prosecutor, Reising has gotten results for his country. He is running for Congress to put the values of Central and Southern Illinois before the values of woke Washington insiders and get things done for the district.

“Thank you to the College Republicans for organizing this forum, and to all the students who attended. It is clear that young voters in our district are ready for new leadership,” said Reising.
