Congressman Cohen Announces National Cancer Institute Grant to St. Jude

Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will receive a $557,841 grant from the National Cancer Institute for research entitled “Measuring Lifelong Multimorbidity with Patient Perspectives: Implementing and Visualizing the Cumulative Burden Methodology Across Cohorts.”

Congressman Cohen made the following statement:

“Many in our community suffer with a variety of long-term, chronic ailments and understanding their struggles with the additional burden of a cancer diagnosis will optimize outcomes. I am pleased to see this investment in St. Jude’s research efforts.”
