Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that the National Park Service will provide a $500,000 grant for the rehabilitation of Collins Chapel and $50,000 for the Memphis Heritage Trail Youth and Civil Rights Summer Camp.
Congressman Cohen made the following statement:
“I am pleased to announce these investments in important Memphis institutions by the National Park Service, which will help preserve and interpret the African American Civil Rights movement.”
