This week, Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi was asked for his thoughts on the appearance that one of his Congressional colleagues may have been assisting one of the insurrectionists in scouting out the Capital. He replied, “I’m very disturbed by what happened. I remember January 5th very well because the hallways were relatively clear. There was no public tours, and so to see people come in there and take pictures of staircases, security stations, and tunnels is rather unusual. I think that is really goes to a question of what were they doing there? I think that Mr. Loudermilk and others need to explain themselves.”
