Today, IBEW Local 2150 announced its endorsement of Lt. Governor and U.S. Senate candidate Mandela Barnes in the Democratic Senate primary. This marks the first time that IBEW Local 2150 has ever endorsed in a Senate primary.

“I am so proud to have earned the support of IBEW Local 2150,” said Lt. Governor Mandela Barnes, candidate for U.S. Senate. “I’ve spent years fighting by their side as an organizer, a state representative, and as Lt. Governor. I have tremendous respect for IBEW members and the work they do across the state, and I look forward to fighting in solidarity with them in the U.S. Senate.”

“IBEW Local 2150 is thrilled to make our first ever primary endorsement for Mandela Barnes,” said IBEW Business Manager Bob Stone. “He’s a friend of workers and we’re proud to support him.”
