"My father Sandy Levin and Dale Kildee served together for nearly three decades, and the strong Levin and Kildee bond continues to this day. Mr. Kildee will be remembered fondly for his leadership on the House Education and the Workforce Committee championing our public schools and the men and women in organized labor, his advocacy for our tribal nations, and his love for his family.
