- Tuesday, November 9, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (closed 12 p.m. -1 p.m.) at Cumberland Gap Town Hall, 330 Colwyn Street, Cumberland Gap, TN 37724
- Monday, November 15, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Townsend City Hall, 123 Tiger Drive, Townsend, TN 37882
- Tuesday, November 30, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Philadelphia Public Library, 714 Thompson Street, Philadelphia, TN 37846
