Tennessee Department of Education Commissioner Penny Schwinn is the featured guest on the latest episode of U.S. Representative Tim Burchett’s (TN-02) podcast, Tennessee Talks. On this episode, Rep. Burchett and Commissioner Schwinn discuss the many ways coronavirus negatively impacted students’ learning and the Lee Administration’s recent efforts to reform public education funding in Tennessee.
