Governor Laura Kelly today announced appointments to Kansas state boards and commissions.
Kansas Dental Board
This Board adopts rules, issue licenses, and conduct hearings to revoke or suspend dental licenses.
- Dr. Jill Ellner, Manhattan
The purpose of this Board is to help the Kansas State Historical Society implement a comprehensive state-federal historic preservation program. The board is charged with evaluating properties proposed for nomination to the National Register of Historic Places and the Register of Historic Kansas Places and with advising the State Historic Preservation Officer and staff on a variety of historic preservation related matters

- Mary McMurray, Prairie Village (reappointment)
The Kansas State Board of Technical Professions registers and licenses engineers, architects, surveyors, and landscape architects.
- Trudy Faulkner, Overland Park
The Foundation’s mission is to advance equity in healthcare coverage, access, and quality for poor and underserved people. The CAC’s primary directive to find members for the foundation board.
