Governor Laura Kelly Visits Boot Hill Museum in Dodge City

Governor Kelly visited Boot Hill Museum today for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate their new expansion. Boot Hill received a STAR Bond to fund this project, which is expected to double museum attendance.

While at Boot Hill, Governor Kelly was sworn in as an Honorary Marshal of the museum. Governor Kelly joins Senator Nancy Kassebaum, Senator Bob Dole, and Presidents John F. Kennedy and Gerald Ford as an Honorary Marshal.
